Military Watches USA sometimes provide links to third party sites which you might find interesting. We cannot ensure that you will be satisfied with any products or services that you purchase from a third-party site that links to or from the MIL Website. We do not make any representations or warranties as to the security of any information (including, without limitation, credit card and other personal information) you might be requested to give any third party.
Any data which Military Watches USA needs to store for after sale applications such as warranties is stored securely at the office through which you ordered. Regardless of location all Military Watches USA offices apply the same rigid standards and all client records are kept on secure encrypted databases.
Military Watches USA accept online payments via Credit and Debit cards or PayPal. We can also accept your payment over the phone if preferred. If orders are placed on the website you can choose your preferred payment currency from a list of major currencies.
Please note that we can only deliver to the cardholders address for orders placed on the website, over the phone or by fax.
We generally endeavor to deliver from the location closest to where the buyer is located but if one office is out of stock of an item we will normally ship from another location to avoid excessive delay.
Receipts for online transactions are generated via our card processing system and you should receive this by email. Phone or Faxed orders will have the credit card receipt included with the invoice.

We offer delivery worldwide by Registered Mail for small items and generally use FedEx or UPS for larger items at favorable rates. Registered mail is usually quite fast at 7 days or less, although there have been some occasional disruptions due to COVID-19 but currently everything is running smoothly. If you need to receive your order or urgently we would recommend selecting UPS as the shipping route.
All items are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, so recipients outside of the USA may have to pay import duty or other taxes. Military Watches USA cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.
Military Watches USA can also not be held liable in the unlikely event local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate items for any reason.
